Services
Pawseq™ provides DNA testing, whole genome sequencing, wellness recommendations, and dashboards for pet owners, veterinarians, researchers, and partners.
Not Medical Diagnosis
Pawseq™ reports are intended to support preventive wellness and veterinary decision-making. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed veterinarian.
Subscriptions & Billing
Memberships and supplement subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data you do not own, or submit samples that are not your own pet's (unless authorized).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawseq™'s liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant services in the 12 months preceding a claim.
